LongLife™ Ligation Enzymes
Ligation enzymes are routinely used in molecular biology for joining (ligating) of DNA strands during molecular cloning. T4 DNA Ligase is one of the regularly used ligation enzymes and ligates blunt and overhanging (sticky) DNA ends.
LongLife™ T4 DNA Ligase Enzyme is a highly efficient ligation enzyme that does not require dry ice or refrigeration during shipping, is stable at ambient temperature and stable for a year. Supplied as 75 units, which is sufficient for approximately 30 ligations.
