Glutathione Resin is designed for the affinity purification of proteins with a glutathione S-transferase (GST) tag. The resin consists of reduced glutathione (GSH) covalently coupled to 4% cross-linked agarose, via a 10-carbon spacer arm. The resin has a binding capacity of ~8mg GST/ml resin. Supplied as slurry in 20% ethanol.

 

Supplied as a kit that includes 10ml resin, 100ml binding/ wash buffer, 100ml elution buffer, 5 micro spin and 5 medi gravity flow columns.
