pinkCLEANUP™
The pinkCLEANUP™ kit uses pinkRESIN™ to remove salts, enzymes, unincorporated nucleotides, radiolabels, and primer-dimers from any DNA preparations of 100bp to >20kb. pinkRESIN™ has an enhanced binding affinity for DNA and resuspends with ease, thus eliminating loss or damage of DNA; a major frustration of using binding matrix for isolation of DNA.
The DNA cleaning protocol takes as little as 5 minutes:
1. Bind DNA to pinkRESIN™.
2. Wash away primers, enzymes, salts, and other impurities.
3. Elute clean DNA.
Optional spin columns are also offered to simplify the procedure further. pinkRESIN™ is also offered separately for those who prefer to customize their own protocol.
