4-Methylumbelliferyl phosphate, free acid
4-Methylumbelliferyl phosphate free acid
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY GRADE
White to off-white crystalline powder
Sensitive fluorogenic substrate for fluorometric and UV-spectrophotometric assays of phosphatases. 4-Methylumbelliferyl phosphate is an indicator of C. perfringens because 4-Methylumbelliferyl phosphate detects phosphates which is a highly specific indicator of C. perfringens.
Store at -15°C in a dry, dark place.
