Our Bioassays cover a wide range of proteomic and cell biology fields. Our CytoScan products offer a range of
non-radioactive bioassays for the study of chemical and cell-mediated cytotoxicity, viability, cell death or cell proliferation. Included are cell proliferation and cell toxicity assays which feature lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assays, WST-1 assays and  sulforhodamine B (SRB) assays. Our apoptotic line features caspase assays and a wide selection of inhibitors.

 
An array of highly sensitive protein quantification assays are available including NI(Non-Interfering) protein assay, a colorimetric protein assay that overcomes interference of common laboratory agents, and our CB-X  assay which is designed to be compatible with all commonly used buffers and conditions.

 

We offer continuous enzyme coupled assays for methylation that can continuously monitor SAM-dependent methyltransferases without the use of radioactive labels or endpoint measurements.

 

We have a phosphatase assay for the quantification of phosphatases and three phosphatase inhibitor cocktails to inhibit phosphatases and for phosphatase studies.
