JAW™ Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS)

Modified Dulbecco's PBS Packs (for ELISA and Western Blots) are dry-blend powder pouches used to make physiological Sodium- and Potassium- buffer saline (D-PBS) for ELISA and Western blot diluents and wash buffers. 

Features:

• Each pouch when dissolved in DI water and made to final volume of 500 or 1L ml makes10mM Phosphate,138mM NaCl, 2.67mM KCl, pH 7.4 
• Come in convenient ready to use packs with no weighing or adjusting of pH required. 
• These buffer packs have a longer shelf life when compared to the buffer solutions
• Highly reproducible better compositions
