Non-amine IgG Elution buffers

G-Biosciences Non-amine IgG Elution Buffers are designed for amine free purification of IgGs on Protein A agarose, protein G agarose or Protein A/G agarose column. The antibody thus purified can be used directly for labeling and conjugation reactions.

Non-amine IgG Elution buffers-I & II are two different buffers with different pH values.  Buffer I has a low pH (2.9 - 3) while Buffer II has nearly neutral pH with high salt concentration.
