Immobilized_Phosphatidyl-L-Serine

Immobilized Phosphatidyl-L-Serine is made by covalent binding of Phosphatidyl-L-Serine with 6% cross-linked agarose beads.

Immobilized Phosphatidyl-L-Serine is used in protein pull-down experiments to identify and characterize lipid binding proteins. It is also used in purification of lipid binding proteins from cell lysate or mixture of in vitro translated peptides.
