G-Sep™Propyl Agarose is a 6% crosslinked agarose with propyl groups. It is suitable for use in Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) to separate or purify biomolecules based on their relative hydrophobicity.
G-Sep™ Agaroses for HIC are also available with Hexyl, Butyl, octyl and phenyl groups immobilized on 6% cross-linked agarose beads.
