Immobilized L-Isoleucine

L-Isoleucine is an α-amino acid which is used in the biosynthesis of proteins.

Immobilized L-Isoleucine is prepared by covalently coupling amiono group of L-isoleucine to the preactivated 6% cross-linked agarose.
