L-Lysine is an α-amino acid which is used in the biosynthesis of proteins.

Immobilized L-Lysine is prepared by covalently coupling amiono group of L-lysine to the preactivated 6% cross-linked agarose.

Application(s):

• Immobilized L-Lysine is used for purification of L-lysine binding proteins such as trypsin inhibitor, L-lysine-6-aminotransferase, heparin and plasminogen.
