Tetracycline coupled to 6% cross-linked Agarose
Coupling is covalent through linkage of amino or carboxyl group depending upon the antibiotic to the pre-activated agarose.
Available in 5 ml and 10 ml sizes
Immobilized Tetracycline is used for purification of tetracycline binding proteins or receptors or specific antibodies.
