Immobilized L-Glutamic acid

L-Glutamic acid is an α-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins.

Immobilized L-Glutamic acid is prepared by covalently coupling amiono group of L-glutamic acid to the preactivated 6% cross-linked agarose.
