With RNase-DETECT™, 10µl of test solution is added to our calibrated RNA substrate vial, incubated, and the result viewed after 10 minutes by agarose electrophoresis.
Contains aliquots of calibrated proprietary RNase substrate for detection of femtogram levels of RNase contamination.
Serial Dilution Ladder (SDL) detection technique supplied for rapid, clear detection of contamination.
