Terrific Broth Modified, Dry is modified terrific broth medium without glycerol. It is supplied in powder form. It is used for culturing bacterial cells.

Features:

• Ready to use bacterial cell culture medium.
• Composition: 1.2% Tryptone, 2.4% Yeast Extract, 0.22 % Potassium phosphate monobasic, 0.94% Potassium phosphate dibasic
• available in 250 g and 4 x 250 g sizes.

Preparation note: 

Terrific broth complete:  :  Weigh 47.6 g of Terrific Broth Modified, Dry and transfer it to bottle with stir bar. Add  8 ml glycerol and 900 ml deionized water. Stir to mix. Check and ajust the pH to 7.2 if required. Make up to final volume (1L). Autoclave at 121°C (15 psi) for 15 minutes.
