Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer Packs are ready-to-use dry blend powder pouches to make standard running buffer for SDS-PAGE. Just Add Water!.

Available in 0.5 and 1L packs.

Features:

• Each pack makes 25mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, 0.1 % SDS, pH8.3 [1X] when dissolved in deionized water and made up to final volume of 500 ml or 1L
• These buffer packs are convenient to use as they are premeasured with no requirement to adjust pH
• These buffer packs have long shelf life when compared with buffer solutions.

Application(s)
