DNA & RNA Estimation Assay

NUCLEIC dotMETRIC™ kit provides a quick and accurate method for detecting and measuring DNA, RNA and oligonucleotides. The system uses a unique combination of proprietary reagents and test strips and is an alternative to spectrophotometry as no expensive equipment or cuvettes are necessary. NUCLEIC dotMETRIC™ uses as little as a microliter of your sample and provides permanent results in minutes. 

Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis

Our range of DNA Ladders feature 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000bp ladders. For the detection of DNA and RNA in agarose gels, we offer premade ethidium bromide solutions and our Glow Dyes™, a proprietary loading dye preloaded with ethidium bromide to reduce handling and volumes of ethidium bromide used. Our LabSafe™ Nucleic Acid Stain is a safer alternative to ethidium bromide and is supplied at a 10,000X concentration.
