XIT™  Genomic DNA purification reagents are optimized for high yield isolation of genomic DNA from a wide variety of sample types.  This process utilizes a proteinase K based digestion which allows for maximum digestion of proteins regardless of the presence of detergents.  XIT™  Genomic DNA purification reagents are optimized for many sample types including; buccal swabs, cell culture, FFPE samples, Gram negative bacteria, Gram positive bacteria, mouse tail, plant tissue, mammalian tissue, whole blood, yeast and mitochondrial DNA purifications.
