JAW™ Tris Glycine Running Buffer Packs

Tris-Glycine powder pouches are dry-blend, pre-measured powder packs used to make standard transfer buffer or running buffer for native PAGE. Just Add Water!

Features:

• Available as 500ml or 1L packs. Final composition is 25mM Tris and 192mM glycine, pH 8.3 [1X]. Simply add appropriate amount of water and methanol, if required
• These buffer packs are convenient to use as they are premeasured with no requirement to adjust pH
• These buffer packs have long shelf life when compared with buffer solutions.
• Highly reproducible better compositions

• JAW™ Tris-Glycine Buffer Packs are used to make standard transfer buffer for semi-dry and wet transfer of proteins from gel to the membrane.
• These packs can also be used to make running buffer for native-PAGE.
