Description
Size Exclusion Chromatography or gel filtration is a widely used technique for separation of proteins and other molecules based on their sizes.
G-Sep™ Size Exclusion Columns are composed of high performance rigid resin made up of co-polymer of agarose and dextran. The Columns are available in 16/60 format with two separation range, 3 kDa to 70 KDa and 6 kDa to 600 kDa.
G-Sep™ Size Exclusion Columns, 3-70 kDa have performace similar to Superdex™ 75 pg columns and G-Sep™ Size Exclusion Columns, 6-600 kDa have performance similar to Superdex™ 200 pg columns. G-Sep™ Size Exclusion Columns comes with adjustable end adaptors. G-Sep™ Dynamic Size Exclusion Columns comes in column format 16/60.
