IMPORTANT NOTE This product is custom manufactured with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once in production, this item cannot be cancelled from an order and is not eligible for return. Target Protein TSH3 Clonality Polyclonal Storage/Stability -20°C/1 year Application WB,ELISA Recommended Dilution WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000 Concentration 1 mg/ml Reactive Species Human Host Species Rabbit Immunogen Synthesized peptide derived from part region of human protein Specificity TSH3 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of protein. Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen Form Liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, and 0.02% sodium azide. Gene Name TSHZ3 KIAA1474 TSH3 ZNF537 Accession No. Q63HK5 Q8CGV9 D3ZKB9 Description teashirt zinc finger homeobox 3(TSHZ3) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a zinc-finger transcription factor that regulates smooth muscle cell differentiation in the developing urinary tract. Consistent with this role, mice in which this gene has been inactivated exhibit abnormal gene expression in urinary tract smooth muscle cell precursors and kidney defects including hydronephrosis. The encoded transcription factor comprises a gene silencing complex that inhibits caspase expression. Reduced expression of this gene and consequent caspase upregulation may be correlated with progression of Alzheimer's disease in human patients. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2016], Protein Expression Brain,Endometrial tumor,Epithelium,Testis, Subcellular Localization nucleus, nucleoplasm, growth cone, Protein Function function:Transcriptional regulator involved in developmental processes .,similarity:Belongs to the teashirt C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family.,similarity:Contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain.,similarity:Contains 5 C2H2-type zinc fingers., Usage For Research Use Only! Not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. - Reviews
