RAB Buffer, Reassembly Buffer, High Salt Buffer

A high salt RAB (Reassembly) buffer for the lysis of mammalian cells, including CHO^1,2, COS³, NT2N^4,5 and HEK293¹⁰; C. elegans^6,10 and brain tissue^7-9.

Designed for the extraction of soluble proteins, does not extract detergent extractable insoluble proteins.

Composition: 100mM MES, 1mM EGTA, 0.5mM MgSO₄, 0.75M NaCl, 20mM NaF
