Well-Coated™ Streptavidin High Binding Capacity

Well-Coated™ Streptavidin High Binding Capacity (HBC) Plates are prepared with an exclusive coating method that yields a streptavidin-coated plate with three to five times the binding capacity of regular plates. The plates are offered in different plate formats, plate colors. These plates are suitable for direct, indirect, competitive and sandwich assays. The wells are coated to a 100µl depth and are supplied pre-blocked in our proprietary Superior™ Blocking Buffer.

Well-Coated™ Streptavidin plates are designed to specifically bind biotinylated molecules, including biotin tagged antibodies. This is particularly advantageous for antibodies known to denature upon direct binding to polystyrene plates.
