Immobilized Catalase

Immobilized Catalase is prepared by covalent coupling of catalase enzyme to 6% cross-linked agarose beads. Immobilized Catalase is used to remove hydrogen peroxide from biological samples for use in downstream applications which require absenceof hydrogen peroxide as it causes interference.

Immobilized Catalase can be used to remove hydrogen peroxide in wide range of samples including urine, serum, plasma and cellular extracts.
