Immobilized Coenzyme A

Immobilized Coenzyme A is made by covalently coupling Coenzyme A with 6% cross linked agarose beads. Cross linking is done at the amine on nucleotide with 6-carbon space arm. Cross linking at the thiol group can be available for custom production.
