Immobilized S-Hexylglutathione is prepared by covalent coupling of S-Hexylglutathione with 6% cross-linked agarose beads. Immobilized S-Hexylglutathione in used in affinity purification of S-Hexylglutathione binding proteins such as Glutathione S-Transferase.
