Spin Column designed for protein purification using up to 700µl desalitng or affinity resins. The total volume of the column is 1.1ml, so a 400µl reservoir is available for washing and elution steps. The column features a screw cap, is polypropylene and has a 30µm hydrophilic polyethylene frit above a snap off end. The columns can use 1,5 and 2ml centrifge tubes as collection tubes. Simply add the affinity resin and sample to one of the spin columns, then use a microcentrifuge to efficiently wash away contaminants and elute your purified sample without losing any resin in the process. Spin columns allow you to affinity purify more protein in less time.
