Terrific broth complete: : Weigh 47.6 g of Terrific Broth Modified, Dry and transfer it to bottle with stir bar. Add 8 ml glycerol and 900 ml deionized water. Stir to mix. Check and ajust the pH to 7.2 if required. Make up to final volume (1L). Autoclave at 121°C (15 psi) for 15 minutes.
