For digestion of protein spots within gel for MassSpec analysis MassSpec tested and no cleaning required

A simple and reliable method of digestion of protein spots within gel for mass spectrometry. Simple to use: Excise and remove protein spots and wash in SilverOUTTM to remove silver ions (for silver stained gels) followed by incubation in our proprietary Trypsin-Digestion Buffer Mix - which ensures efficient protein digestion.

Digested peptides are extracted with Pep-ExtractTM - a high-diffusion peptide extraction buffer. The extracted peptides are suitable for MassSpec analysis without any further cleaning procedures- simply spot on MassSpec grids for analysis. Each kit is supplied with SilverOUTTM de-staining reagent, MSG-Trypsin (MassSpect grade trypsin), Trypsin Digestion Buffer, and Pep-ExtractTM Buffer, sufficient reagents for extraction of 100 protein bands.
