    Bis Tris gels are polyacrylamide gels designed to give optimal separation of small- to medium-sized proteins under denaturing conditions.  
     
    The gels can be run using either MES SDS running buffer or MOPS SDS running buffer to obtain different separation ranges.

    MOPS SDS Running Buffer [20X]: 1M MOPS, 1M Tris, 20.5mM EDTA, 2% SDS
    JAW™ Tris-MOPS-SDS Buffer to make 20 x 1L of 50 mM MOPS, 50 mM Tris, 0.1% SDS, 1 mM EDTA
