TBS [10X] & Dry Buffer Packs

A 10X concentrated solution and dry buffer packs of Tris Buffered Saline (TBS). The TBS solution is primarily used as a wash and blocking buffer diluent for Western blot, ELISA and immunoassays. Typically used with supplemented Tween 20®, however Tween 20 can auto-fluoresce in fluorescent detection applications when used in the blocking step.  TBS with Tween can be used in supplemental steps.

• JAW™ Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) Packs: Each Pack is dissolved in 1L deionized water to make 25mM Tris, 140mM sodium chloride, 3mM potassium chloride, pH 7.25-7.55
