Immobilized Reactive Blue 4

Immobilized Reactive Blue 4 is prepared by covalent linking of Reactive Blue-4 dye with 6% cross-linked agarose. 

Immobilized Reactive Blue 4 is offered based on property of textile dyes to bind proteins, especially those with affinities to various nucleotides. Furthermore, affinity of reactive dyes to proteins may be due to substrate/cofactor similarities as well as hydrophobic and ion exchange properties.
