Immobilized Reactive Red 120

Immobilized Reactive Red 120 is prepared by covalent linking of Reactive Red 120 dye with 6% cross-linked agarose. 

Immobilized Reactive Red 120 is offered based on property of textile dyes to bind proteins, especially those with affinities to various nucleotides. Furthermore, affinity of reactive dyes to proteins may be due to substrate/cofactor similarities as well as hydrophobic and ion exchange properties.
