Immobilized α-Casein

Immobilized α-Casein is made by covalently coupling α-Casein with 6% cross linked agarose beads. Immobilized α-Casein has several applications such as use in affinity purification of protein kinases and DNA dependent RNA polymerases. It is also used in protein binding assays.
