LongLife™ Zymolyase®
A high performance LongLife™ Zymolyase® preparation is supplied in a ready-to-use solution form. The enzyme contains high yeast lytic activity with low non-specific activity. Suitable for yeast cell lysis, spheroplast preparation, glucan hydrolysis and more.
The enzyme preparation has been stabilized and can be stored at -20ºC.
