NAD+/NADH Assay [Colorimetric] is designed for sensitive detection of intracellular nucleotides, NADH, NAD+ and their ratio. The kit specifically detects NAD+, NADH and not NADP. This colorimetric assay is based on NAD cycling enzyme mix which increases the sensitivity of detection.
