G-Sep™ Hexyl Agarose is a 6% crosslinked agarose with propyl groups. It is suitable for use in Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC) to separate or purify biomolecules based on their relative hydrophobicity.
G-Sep™ Agaroses for HIC are also available with Propyl, Butyl, octyl and phenyl groups immobilized on 6% cross-linked agarose beads.

- Chemical Stability: Stable to all commonly used aqueous buffers: 1 M NaOH, 8 M urea, 8 M guanidine hydrochloride, 70% ethanol
- Storage Conditions: 4 to 30°C, 20% Ethanol
