Description PDS5 cohesin associated factor B(PDS5B) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the conserved protein complex termed cohesin. The cohesin complex holds together sister chromatids and facilitates accurate chromosome segregation during mitosis and meiosis.
