HOOK™ Biotin kits come with all the necessary reagents, equipment and instructions for optimization of reaction conditions, efficient labeling, removal of unbound biotin and quantification of biotin labeling. In addition to highly efficient labeling, the HOOK™ Biotin kits offer the advantage of being supplied with micro dialysis units and a specific Optimizer Buffer™. These greatly simplify the labeling process and ensure high levels of biotin labeling.

 

A MICRO DIALYSIS SYSTEM
The unique micro dialysis system, Tube-O-REACTOR™, which uses Tube-O-DIALYZER™, is used for the equilibration of your sample for optimal reaction conditions and for rapid removal of unbound biotin. Tube-O-REACTOR™ is specifically designed, so that the entire labeling process is achieved in a single tube, ensuring no protein loss.

REACTION BUFFERS FOR HIGHLY EFFICIENT COUPLING
A second advantage of the HOOK™-Biotin kits is that a specific Optimizer Buffer™ is provided dependent on your choice of HOOK™-Biotin reagent. Each Optimizer Buffer™ is specifically formulated to provide the optimal conditions to ensure the highest biotin coupling efficiency.
Each kit is supplied with a specific buffer, which can also be ordered individually for other coupling conditions.
