A variety of anion exchange and cation exchange agarose resins are available. G-Sep™ CM Agarose Fast Flow is a weak cation exchanger composed of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads, with Carboxymethyl (CM) weak cation exchange groups. As a weak anion exchanger, we provide G-Sep™ DEAE Agarose Fast Flow, which is composed of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. For a strong anion exchanger G-Biosciences provide, G-Sep™ Q Agarose Fast Flow resin is a strong anion exchanger composed of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads, with quaternary ammonium (Q) strong anion exchange groups. Finally, for a strong cation exchanger we offer G-Sep™ SP Agarose Fast Flow resin, a strong cation exchanger composed of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads, with Sulphopropyl (SP) strong cation exchange groups.
All of our resin chemistries are available in a pre-packed column for your convenience. Weak cation exchange pre-packed G-Trap™ CM Agarose Fast Flow, weak anion exchange pre-packed G-Trap™ DEAE Agarose Fast Flow, strong anion exchange G-Trap™ Q Agarose Fast Flow, and strong cation exchange G-Trap™ SP Agarose Fast Flow are all available in 1mL and 5mL columns.
