A range of kits offered to isolate genomic DNA from a wide range of fungi sample and yeast.

OmniPrep™ Genomic DNA Isolation, OmniPrep™ for Yeast and OmniPrep™ for Fungi  kits are based on rapid precipitation technique that uses unique precipitation reagents to isolate genomic DNA free from proteins and RNA.

MegaLong™ isolates nuclei under mild extraction conditions and releases genomic DNA by digestion of nuclear proteins with a highly active LongLife™ Proteinase K. The digestion is performed in the Tube-O-DIALYZER™a unique, patented micro dialysis device with a 0.45µm membrane, which minimizes sample manipulation which is one of the main reasons for DNA breakage.

GET™ DNA Template and GET™ DNA Template-Mag are based on our Genomic Efficient Technology (GET) which is designed for purification of DNA templates from small samples from diverse sample types. It is based on use of highly efficient genomic lysis buffer for lysing cells cells followed by immobilization of nucleic acids on silica spin column or silica magnetic beads. This is follwed by wash steps and elution to obtain high quality genomic DNA.

XIT™ Genomic DNA from Yeast kit uses three main steps that include rapid & efficient bacterial lysis, complete protein precipitation, followed by DNA precipitation.

Yeast Geno-DNA-Template™ extraction kit isolates high quality genomic DNA from yeast. The kit is based on a two-step lysis of yeast cells, using LongLife™ Zymolyase® and LongLife™ Proteinase K, followed by the removal of proteins and other cellular impurities by precipitation and centrifugation
