Affinity Purification Resins and Methods

An assortment of affinity purification resins for the separation of both tagged and immunoglobulin molecules. A large selection of affinity coupling chemistries are available to isolate your target molecules including carboxyl containing molecules, nucleic acids, glycoproteins, polyclonal antibodies, oxidized sugars and many more.  Efficient Avidin-Streptavidin and Neutravidin purification is simple and affordable with our immobilized biotin and iminobiotin resins. High affinity biotin tagged protein resins are available along with streptavidin binding and elution buffers and reagents for the quantitation of biotin. Calmodulin resin for the affinity purification of calmodulin binding proteins (CBP), including recombinant proteins with a CBP tag and calmodulin-regulated proteins in eukaryotic cells are available as resin only or in kit form including binding and elution buffers. Immobilized p-Aminophenyl Phosphoryl Choline consists of a phosphoryl choline covalently linked to beaded agarose and is designed for the purification of C-reactive protein from plasma, ascites and other biological fluids. A more economical substitute for Immobilized p-Aminophenyl Phosphoryl Choline, Immobilized O-Phosphorylethanolamine is also available for the purification of C-reactive protein.  A human recomboninant C-reactive protein is also offered. Purify your GST-tagged or His-tagged proteins with GST-tagged or His-tagged protein purification resins or kits.  Isolate proteins of the hemostatic pathways, growth hormones and growth factors, lipoproteins and other physiological markers with immobilized heparin and lectins.  Rapidly purify lectins, galactose-binding molecules, agglutinins, N-acetylgalactosamine-binding, N-acetylglucasomine-binding and carbohydrate binding molecules with our lectin purification reagents. A variety of non-porous, high antibody binding capacity, cost effective magnetic beads are available. Immobilized boronic acid is designed specifically for the simple isolation of small molecular weight compounds that have cis-diol groups such as ribonucleotide and oligonucleotide RNA.
